Kate Upton is an American model best known for her appearance in the 2011 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. (She was named SI “Rookie of the Year” for her appearance!!) Amazingly, she is ONLY 18 years old. Looking at her in a bikini, it is hard to believe this is true – but it is. Kate was born June 10, 1992 in St. Joseph, Michigan. She is simply amazing and her looks and fantastic body have her at the top of the bikini modeling industry.

Kate began her modeling career in 2008 when she attended an open casting call in Miami, Florida for Elite Model Management. (They signed her the same day. Imagine that.) She later moved to New York City, New York where she signed with IMG Models.

Kate’s first modeling job was for Garage, and then Dooney & Bourke. She is the 2010-2011 face of Guess and in 2011, Kate made her most famous appearance in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. She was a feature model in the body paint section and then named SI “Rookie of the Year” for the issue. Since her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition modeling, she has since modeled for Beach Bunny swimwear and Victoria’s Secret.
