Casey Anthony, 25, is the beautiful, but troubled, Florida mother on trial for first-degree murder in the death of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee. Ms. Anthony initially stated that a babysitter kidnapped Caylee, but her defense team now claims that Caylee’s 2008 death was an accidental drowning. If convicted, Casey could face the death penalty.
Caylee Marie Anthony was an American toddler who disappeared in June 2008 and was later discovered dead. The high-profile case quickly garnered national attention. Her mother, Casey Anthony was indicted on October 14, 2008, for her first-degree murder.
Caylee Anthony was first reported missing to authorities on July 15, 2008. Caylee’s grandmother, Cindy Anthony, reportedly called 9-1-1 when her daughter Casey Anthony, Caylee’s mother, would not tell her where Caylee had been. Casey also claimed she had been investigating Caylee’s disappearance on her own which is why she did not contact police earlier. However, friends and family denied ever having been asked by Casey about Caylee’s whereabouts. Numerous photos of Casey partying and attending bars while Caylee was missing were published by media outlets.
Casey Anthony is currently in jail, arrested on first-degree murder charges and is undergoing trial. Casey Anthony, her lawyers and her family maintain that she did not harm her child and that she is innocent of all charges.

It is entirely possible that Casey was suffering from Postpartum Depression and was not in control of herself. I hope the jury sees this and realizes that they need to give her special consideration. Men cannot understand what women have to go through before, during and after giving birth and they never will. She should not be held responsible for her actions if she had a medical condition that caused her to act in this way.

I am so relieved to know that Casey will at some point meet her maker and have to face her judgement. I personally feel that she is COMPLETELY responsible for the disappearance and death of her daughter… no matter what the “real” reason. She is a pathological liar that got away with murder simply because she raised the suspicion of doubt. One day, near or far, she will meet her maker, and at that time she can explain the truth. She can beg and cry for her mercy and burn in hell for being such a lousy mother. I will FOR SURE call her a horrible mother. She DID NOT protect her daughter, WILL NOT tell the truth about what happened to her, and REFUSES to place the blame for the death where the credit is due. What a horrid woman. I can assure you I am not blinded by hatred, I am completely confident that Karma will cure this murderer. I pray for Kaylee as she was the real victim. And… “DONT JUDGE” you would know nothing about this at your young age of 15. Have a child and then come back and tell us how you feel then. You have a lot of growing to do. It sickens people to think that this woman was able to not only hide her daughter, but have her child end up dead, and then LIE about EVERYTHING! AND get away with it all BECAUSE SHE IS A LIAR!!! Are you F**KING kidding me? so, someone that blatantly lies about the dissapearence of her 2 year old child deserves a hug? I know people make mistakes, but usually those mistakes involve leaving the oven on for 10 minutes, or forgetting to buy toothpaste…not murdering your 2 year old child because you wanted to party. There were over 400 pieces of evidence against Casey Anthony in this case including finding Chloroform (a drug used to sedate people instantly and kill them) and one of Caylee’s hair strands in Casey’s trunk (The car that smelled BLATANTLY of decomposing body….) let alone the search history for Casey Anthony’s personal computer that showed searches on how to “break someone’s neck” and “make chloroform”. How can you possibly tell me that she is “only human and makes mistakes and should be forgiven.” She and her entire attorney defense should be f**king burned to death.
You all need to look up the word “Acquitted” in the dictionary… and she’s already served her time. I agree whole heartily with Adrienne. Stop hating.
And Disrespected? Almost everyone (myself included) has Googled “How to make Chloroform” and techniques on killing at some point in their lives. The hair strand could have stuck itself to Casey’s shirt while she was holding Kaylee and then fall inside the trunk when she opened it. And would you seriously condemn her entire defense attorney to death for doing their job?

Casey Anthony is objecting to a proposal that she sell her life story as part of her bankruptcy. Her attorneys filed a motion this week in federal bankruptcy court in Tampa asking a judge to reject the proposal.’
